What’s your warranty policy?

1 Year Labor and Parts and Equipment are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Do you do free estimates on repairs?

We have to charge for coming out and looking at the equipment so there is a service charge.  Once we are there we can estimate repairs.

What about after hours calls?

After hours or when the phone is not answered we will get back with you if you leave your name, number and brief message.

Should I repair or replace my unit?

Some repairs are well worth making to keep your current unit.

Repair when unit

Is still under warranty

Less than 10 years old

Cost of repair is less than 1/3 of a new unit

Replace when unit

Warranty has expired and major or costly parts are needed

Is older than 15 years

Requires frequent repairs
